Thanks to members requests we have agreed to commence supporting charities.
Kingston Carers Network www.kingstoncarers.org.uk has been chosen as the deserving cause as it's mission is to provide much needed support to the unsung heros who dedicate thier lives to caring for friends and family on a daily basis. Most of the carers are youngsters between 5 and 18 yers old looking after parents, uncles or siblings.
Often they have to " grow up " very quickly taking on the tasks and responsibilities of grown ups well before thier time, robbing them of the natural process of youth. Kingston carers Network provides pier support, outings, facilties, and above all much needed RESPITE from the unpaid chores they undertake.
This Christian selfless spirit so magnificently exemplified by our lord Jesus Christ is delivered daily by these wonderful children of the Lord.
For this New year 2011 we will contribute 5% of membership fees to this our chosen Charity. So do spread the word, and upgrade your membership for Christian Love, life and now charitabe works.
